dexter extension trade. loaded a big position. not quite terminus, so I got out early. Not the worst, can’t really expect this much of an aggressive pullback to 15 FVG.

Good

• Extension reaction on Gold was good.
• Taking partials early at 2-2.5 ext was the smart call since I didn’t really have an outlook for Gold.
• Kept an eye on DXY correlation.

Neutral

•  

Bad

• Trying to do LTF extensions during early distribution phase rather than at terminus.
• Wasn’t prepared for Gold trade yet traded anyways. Didn’t have a full read on the market.
• NQ overall downtrend. Failed to recognize that and countertrended during downside dist.
• Emotional trading and stubborn on losses. Held too long, got caught with my pants down during a reversal / at terminal area. Really big DD (~1%)
